• Account Information: Phone number, display name, user type (Buyer, Seller, Agent), and optional profile photo during registration.
• Location Data: Precise GPS coordinates (only when permitted) to accurately show nearby plots, agricultural lands, and property boundary plots on the map.
• Camera & Media Access: Access to camera and photo library (when requested) solely for capturing and uploading property photos, 360° virtual tours, and land documentation.
• Microphone: Audio recording access for optional voice notes or voice search within the app.
• Device Diagnostics: Device model, OS version, and Firebase Crashlytics crash reports to optimize stability.

2. How We Use Your Information

The information collected is used exclusively for:

• Enabling buyers and sellers to discover, inspect, and connect for agricultural lands, plots, and homes.
• Generating AI-driven instant property valuation estimates via Google Gemini AI API.
• Delivering push notifications regarding inquiry updates, seller responses, and chat alerts.
• Ensuring platform integrity and preventing spam or fraudulent listings.

3. Third-Party Integrations & Data Sharing

We work only with certified, privacy-compliant infrastructure providers:

• Google Firebase: Secure User Authentication, Cloud Firestore Database, Storage, and Messaging.
• Google Maps API: Geospatial rendering and satellite land boundary display.
• Google Gemini AI: Smart property search and automated valuation summaries.

4. Data Security

All data transmitted between your device and our servers is secured using modern TLS/HTTPS encryption. Access to user data is governed by strict Firebase Security Rules and least-privilege principles.

5. User Rights & Account Deletion

You have full ownership of your data. You can edit your profile or permanently delete your account and all associated property listings at any time:

• In-App: Navigate to Profile > Settings > Delete Account.
• Web Request: Visit our Account & Data Deletion Portal to submit an immediate deletion request.
